Whatever your thoughts on the GRR Bill or on the Deposit Return Scheme (policies I support), it cannot be right for the UK government to routinely veto Scottish legislation. The point of devolution is that what isn't reserved is permitted. Devolution is dead otherwise.

Labour have added LGBT+ rights to the list of things they’ll throw away for power. @AnnelieseDodds the Gender Recognition Reform Act had cross-party support in the Scottish Parliament. It is part of the Bute House Agreement. It wasn’t an ‘SNP thing’. Facts matter.
