@TheRedUsagiVO LIsten Wendee Has voiced Yoruichi for 10+ years. only for her Role to be pulled out from under her because Viz wanted to check Boxes. Voice acting is a Broad Talent. VAs can play characters of Different Races. Type Casting POC VAs based on their race is a terrible Practice.

This is the point ive been making. Weather If your ProZD or Wendee Lee Voice actors should all have the opportunities to play any Role they set their eyes on as Voice actors. Limiting Roles for the VAs Race just Destructive and Racist in its Pratice.
