What's one easy way to make a salad go from 3g to 30g of protein? Canned TUNA ๐ŸŸ For protein, it has around 25g in springwater and 29g in oil-packed per 100g ๐Ÿ’ช Tuna in oil tends to be higher in calories and fat but if it keeps you satisfied for longer - why not enjoy it?
