These days a lot of gujjus are selling all of their assets in Mumbai and relocation to A'bad or Guj.
Just a rough calc: They sell their 1 or 2bhk house for hefty 1.5 to 2 cr, it cost (2bhk) around 40-60L in A'bad. And live-off on int from surplus+ start something here.
Few observations on Real estate
1. Never buy a flat for return in an upcoming area where there is immense space for new flats. The supply in future will knock off your returns
2. Never buy an old flat from the view of getting returns post redevelopment. Consider few points

bhai Congratulations for this achievement and Lots of respect for your team.
Investing 2.5L, 5L or 10L in either 1 stock or spread over 10 stocks won't give you any desired results unless you study them and understand the downside. These is nothing but shortcut to lose wealth.
If you don't have any knowledge then better go with MF.
Nestle India: an outstanding co. with superb asset turnover of 7 is doing sales of 14K on fixed asset of 2K.
Now, it is planning capex of 2.6K in next 3 years. Considering same asset turnover, OPM, NPM, this might translate to double topline and bottom line in say 4-5 yrs
PPFAS is probably the only fund house where it's unitholders actually see the changes in their PF constitution every month and tries to understand their rationale. Also the AMC is equally transparent and engage with unitholders. Lots of Respect for how they do business.

Banks are reporting very high deposit growth, this also means that liquidity is reducing and going into FD, which also translates to fewer buyer in stocks. This will further aggravate by reduction in SIP growth due to increase in EMI (on account of high interest rates)
