Messaged on here last night saying that there’s definitely more to the trip advisor guest than I’m letting on & that it’s unfair on them ... & that all I wanted was publicity & PR. The guests were disgusting cunts & if I wanted publicity I’d go on telly & bake a fucking cake.

I want to wish each & every person in the bistro teams the best of luck & love today with their reopening. I know a lot of you are nervous about being a bit rusty & I know that first check on will probably be terrifying but by the end of service it will be like you never closed
