I think the moral of the story is that there’s a market for football podcasts with musical numbers that frequently dabble in food metaphors and moral philosophy.
This week, Stefon Diggs tipped a bunch of McDonald’s workers $200 each, balled out to help the
#Bills
take the lead in the AFC East, and told a group of Patriots fans to go f*** themselves on national television.
Write him the biggest possible check.
James Cook dropped a touchdown.
Gabe Davis ran the wrong way.
Tyler Bass misses a field goal.
McD flubbed his timeouts and blitzed when he shouldn’t have.
Refs are atrocious.
Feels like it’s always something for the Bills and it’s like trying to grab the wind.
Josh Allen played two almost perfect games in the playoffs.
The
#Bills
won one in dominating fashion.
They lost one in overtime.
Wins are not a QB stat.
The
#Bills
came out and got punched in the mouth like they have a few times in 2021.
Josh Allen, the quarterback, covered in grass stains and medical tape, punched back.
If I was petty I would tell
#BillsMafia
that Jerry Coleman’s radio show is called “The Big Bad Morning Show” on 105.7 in Baltimore.
I would tell you it runs 6-10 AM M-F and the phone number is 410-583-1057.
I’m not petty but if I was I would tell you that.
The discipline of Joe Brady to not get cute and just keep spamming run plays when they’re working and sucking both clock and Cowboy life away is impressive.
The
#Bills
path to the division title may have gotten harder through the Fins obtaining Hill, but their path to the Super Bowl may have gotten easier through the Chiefs losing Hill.
I’m happy for Brian Daboll that he got a head coaching job.
I’m happier for him that it’s with someone he knows as a GM.
I’m happiest for myself that he’s not in Miami.
Still wrapping my head around the fact that every single human directly involved with the Damar Hamlin tragedy handled it flawlessly.
Trainers
Doctors
Hospital
McDermott
Taylor
Allen
Burrow
Higgins
Gives me a little faith in humanity.
I can think of no better proof of the way the Buffalo Bills treat their players than the fact that so many of them seem to be willing to come back after being cut or allowed to walk in free agency.
A human being made a plan, acquired the necessary tools, and then drove hours from home to a specific target so he could end the lives of people strictly because they look different than him.
Put it under “evil” in the dictionary.

Bills take AD Mitchell at 28: “LFG”
Bills trade down and take AD Mitchell at 33: “this sucks”
That’s a legitimate outcome of this situation and it’s hilariously awesome.
I understand there are reasons for Cook not being more involved early this year and I respect them.
Also, nobody else in the Bills backfield can do this:
The rise of Harrison Phillips…in year four…on a torn PCL…is absolutely the reason we love sports.
What a fantastic story the back half of 2021 has been for him.
Sean McDermott, with one hand tied behind his back, beat the snot out of one of the best offenses in football today.
His best game as defensive play caller imo.
Josh Allen won’t be NFL MVP. He was better in 2020.
But he’s proved 2020 wasn’t a fluke with another good year in 2021 and was a major contributor to his team being in the tournament.
If you get 2021 Josh Allen every year, your team will be in striking position for a chip.
Last year: Allen shaky in wildcard round
This year: Allen shaky in AFC Championship
I look forward to Allen being shaky at the Super Bowl victory parade next year.
The Bills performed below offensive expectations today overall. Their star receiver had 26 yards. Their QB threw boneheaded interceptions.
And they scored 35 points, won by 22, and outgained their opponent by over 200 yards.
Today we say goodbye to The Big One.
It’s a good thing that dogs give you a piece of their heart, because I lose a piece of mine every time I have to wish them farewell.
I guess in time, that means my heart will be 100% dog.
What a great person I’ll be then.
One of my dogs is very old and doesn’t have good hips, but likes to lay on cool, smooth surfaces like tile or hardwood.
Then when it’s time to get up, he gives out a little “woof” so I can help him up, and I give him a “1, 2, 3” every time even though he’s deaf and he smiles.
