Pre-pandemic = 70 hour work weeks. I'd lost myself. I worked Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's. When locked down happened, realizing I couldn't give more, I decided to give less to work. I focused on self care. It's hard to change, but it's saved my life. #TakeTimeBack

Is anyone else, not related to the victims families, having a difficult time processing and getting through the day? Asking for myself. I'm engulfed with rage, and grief, and paralyzed in fog. I can't imagine how devastating it is for victims' loved ones.
