20. D.Gray-man - Hoshino Katsura (243 ch~) I feel an utmost respect for Hoshino-sensei, who despite suffering from an illness keeps trying to finish her work. To this day, DGM remains one of the most ambitious manga I had the pleasure to read.

18. Umineko no Naku Koro Ni (ep 1, 3, 8) - Natsumi Kei I recommend to read the VN before reading the manga since it's not really a good substitute, but I want to highlight my favourite artist among the ones that drew the adaptation of Umineko. Natsumi's art is stunning.

31. They Were Eleven! (and sequel) - Hagio Moto (7 ch) A reminder that I have to continue reading old shojo. While knowing how to create the perfect atmosphere to be tense, it was also a really fun ride. A great sci-fi that doesn't feel outdated at all even after 46 years.

Everything about the current isekais: power fantasies for the male public. Take me back when stuff like Spirited Away, Digimon or Inuyasha were released. Stories where these new worlds served as a place to learn and grow, not to cling to because their previous life was miserable

Nothing comes close. Never felt as understood by a work of fiction as when I was watching Gintama. It was a extremely healing process of self-reflection that helped me to redirect my life in one of my lowest lows. I am really thankful for the existence of this story.

Knov's breakdown has become one of my favourite scenes from the show. The whole episode focused on his mental state is an amazing and nerve-wracking build up that ends up in the most disheartening and brutal way, seeing a strong man totally crushed. #HxH
