Extremely elated that I shall be joining Radiodiagnosis and Intervention Radiology at the prestigious AIIMS JODHPUR! I would like to thank my parents, my seniors and my friends who supported me in this journey!!! ❤️❤️
My frnd Anmol Bhambhani ( JR-1 Sx ) is facing ragging at SVNGMC in the form of 1. Not allowing to sit for 24-48 hours 2. Not having bath for weeks 3. Thrown water on face 4. Asked to divulge details of personal life! He developed cellulitis within a month!
Heartiest congratulations to my dear junior and one of my best friends Aakar! He has secured AIR 1 in INI-CET! I can’t be more proud! 💕💕

Update on Yavatmal issue of Anmol- The college formed an internal biased committee which said that half of the things mentioned in the letter are a part of normal curriculum and nullified it. They threatened JR-3, nurses, APs to give false testimony.
It was an absolute honour to receive accolades from Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya ( Union Minister of MOHWF)
@mansukhmandviya
and Dr. Bharati Pawar (Minister of State for Health and family welfare )

at his residence for NEET PG Rank 15!
A very satisfying first day of residency! I got to learn a lot about Level 2 TIFFA scan, something which I didn’t have much idea about! PS- Also got to assist my senior for endovenous laser ablation for GSV and SSV incompetence!
Tips to avoid silly mistakes-
Utilize only given info in Q to arrive at diagnosis. Don’t over assume or extrapolate based on GT or extra material in coaching.
If Q is form of symptom complex, don’t change the answer if one out of many symptoms go against diagnosis!

Due to delay in counselling, I stumbled upon Kalki’s Ponniyin Selvan! Listened to its audio book and took help of my Tamil friends to understand the storyline and I can say Mani Ratnam translated it on big screen like no one else could! Loved PS-1!
@chhabraaman7
Update! I spoke to Aman, his seniors and
his parents! He is fine, taking rest and
with his co-pgs. His department will give
him leave so that he can visit his home! 😊
Ganpati festivities in Mumbai have already started and city looks so lovely! Unfortunately it’s my last day today in Mumbai! Going to miss Ganpati a lot.
It’s been a week since I started my residency and I am really enjoying didactic lectures by the faculty and inter departmental radio conferences! It took me back to the time when I used to present my surgery ( HPB ) cases on the other side! 😊

These are Basket cells or Smudge cells! It is a tissue artifact created while preparation of slide due to absence of vimentin in these cancer cells losing their ability to sustain shear force of slide preparation

With each passing batch, exam has become more competitive. Ever increasing reservations and secondly the % of marks one needed to secure top rank For eg: 5 years back am with 150 approx Qs correct would be AIIMS rank 1, today it’s 170 correct to get same rank! Same for NEET PG!
Festive season is approaching and I am missing home, my mother’s cooked food and delicacies, Bombay, sitting at the sea face watching sunsets, my friends and my cats a lot! 🍃🍃
@NikhilR54524713
One mistake I did in initial days of my internship was being too sincere! Realised later its just about learning basic skills and idea of diff depts ( which is expected from an intern ) and focus on entrance preparation!
@DrAditya2935
It took me an entire year ( my final year MBBS ) to finish medicine from Marrow! I realised I couldn’t revise it in internship. So stuck to DAMS DVT! From entrance point of view: It’s not fruitful but in long run- I guess yes! 😊
How to crack Nov 22- INICET in 2 months:
3 principles-
1. You need to get a score of 140/200 to get a top 100 rank. So you have a room to get 45q incorrect.
2. Previous year topics form 80% of the paper
3. Revision in last 10 days is the key.

A small pocket diary to write smallest of small tasks assigned to us! ( Later, rounds mein Thoda kam jhaap padega for those silly things ) 😄
@quintessence_00
GTs are made to build up your endurance, that you can handle pressure and provide complete concentration in the given time and to assess your weak areas which you keep on revising until you don’t get any wrong Qs in that topic! PS- In most cases, ranks don’t correlate with exam!
@DrDhruvchauhan
When I had the opp to meet hon’ HM last year, he said that he in no way would have let neet pg to get postponed ( again after 1st postponement ). He also said it won’t happen in future.
