Prayers answered all my friends. My son improved quite a bit overnight and today. He is still in the ICU but we think he may be upgraded to a well enough status to be moved into a general care area this week. My God what 36 hours can be like...

Before Mom passed away a few weeks ago she dropped off some food as was often the case. I would eat half and freeze half because it was always a heaping. Tonight I’m having potato skins that she made for me. It warms my soul while feeding my stomach. She lives on in so many ways.

Lost my Mom in April. I Helped her set up tables for her seedlings a week prior. I have fresh basil already and tomatoes soon from her efforts. We loved to cook together in her kitchen and I cannot wait to make sauce from our garden’s bounty. ❤️

Picking out Mom’s clothes and casket via a zoom meeting sucked. Even after that we only saw a few pics of her. We cannot have a wake and in a few hours we will meet privately at her grave for a brief prayer when she is brought from the funeral home to be buried. This is Easter.
