6 months of change. Still have work to do but so much happier and healthier. Clean eating and 4-5x week cardio and lifting. They get easier, a lot. If you’re unhappy you gotta push past it and decide you don’t want to be anymore. Take the reigns, I believe in you.

Killing the Pokémon in front of you doesn’t matter if you can’t kill the rest. For this battle I stopped attacking with sabe on purpose so I could get enough farm in with my own tropius to take out the stunfisk in back.

When pogo came out it saved my life. I don’t need to go into all the details, but it did. Was at my lowest point in November 2016. The day I hit 40 I walked a marathon alone just because. I forgot about this and felt like sharing. Need to do it again. Let’s find that motivation.
