Monica. There is no such thing. Immunity is immunity, they work the same way.
Post-infection immunity is just broader and longer lasting, as it forms to a wider range of antigens and includes mucosal IgA & probably a stronger T-cell response.

What’s disturbing, is she is a Medical Doctor. She should know that there is no such thing as hybrid immunity. And she should know that post infection immunity is broader and more effective than any other derivative. I learnt all that at A level biology in 1979.
